Information used for a consultation

The booking form asks for your name, Indian mobile number, insurance interest, preferred appointment time, optional email address, and optional consultation notes. If you explicitly choose to share a calculator result, that estimate is also saved. Individual calculator inputs stay in your browser and are not submitted. The form also records your consent, the notice version, and the booking time. Please do not submit health records, identity documents, financial account details, or payment information here.

What the system does with it

No customer OTP is required. Mobile numbers and email addresses are supplied by you and are not verified. Please check them carefully. Your contact details and appointment are saved so the advisor can manage and respond to your enquiry. The same mobile number and insurance type cannot create repeated enquiries. Your form consent covers this consultation, not unrelated marketing.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When configured, booking records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes information necessary to deliver hosting, storage, and security. CRM, Google Meet, email notifications, and WhatsApp integrations are not enabled in this release.

Browser storage and access

The website does not store a customer database in your browser. A short-lived confirmation token is stored in this tab’s session storage so you can view your booking for up to 24 hours. Advisor sign-in uses an HTTP-only session cookie expiring after eight hours. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics have been added.

Retention and security

Booking records and change history remain in the database until an authorised operator removes them under the retention policy, which is awaiting confirmation. Temporary booking-session and rate-limit records are periodically cleared. Access is restricted to authenticated advisors. No online service can promise absolute security.

Questions, corrections, and withdrawal

Email jeevansetu.online@gmail.com to request correction, access, deletion, or withdrawal of consultation contact consent. Include your booking reference rather than sensitive documents. Any legally required record retention must be explained by the operator.
